Annoying body whisperings can lead to full-blown screaming sessions: tingling might become numbness — a consistent minor ache might become excruciating pain.  Even if your body is not screaming, you may have noticed that your sound isn’t as full and rich as it once was, your technique is not quite as clean, and singing or playing your instrument just seems more effortful.

 
Having a more supple, movable body is a critical aspect of well-being. If you cannot move well, all activities, musical and otherwise, may be compromised.
